EXCLUSIVE: Here’s your first look at BAFTA winner Jasmine Jobson (Top Boy) as Ramla Ali, the UK’s first female Muslim boxing champion, in the forthcoming biopic In The Shadows.
Finn Cole (Last Breath) stars in the pic alongside Jobson as her husband, Richard Moore. Altitude will be screening footage to international buyers in Cannes next week. True Brit Entertainment will release the film in cinemas in the UK and Ireland.
In The Shadows is inspired by the true story of Ali, who went on to make history as the first non-track and field athlete to compete for Somalia in the Olympic Games.
